!0 healthy eating tips for college!!!:)

1. Eat a good breakfast
2.If yo must eat fast food,choose wisely
3.Keep healthy snacks on hand so if hunger strikes during a late night study session, you won't be tempted by vending machine candy, chips, or ice cream.
4.Eat plenty of food that are packed in calcium
5.Need to lose weight, do it in a healthy way;)no starving yourself
6.To much SUGAR can start your teeth to fall off
,so eat varied types of food.
7.the salad bar that in the future we are going to eat from when we get to college can determent from your diet depending on how you chose it from.
8.If you drink in college keep in mind all those calories but no nutritional value
9.Drink lots of H2O
10. food is more than nutrition for our bodies it's pure goodness!!:)
