There at times where during school,work or just hanging out with friends that you start hearing that stomach go grumble,grumble!! that's because the body is demanding for more nutrients to grow. that's why snacks are a great way to keep that huger happy and at the same time get those nutrients and vitamins your body needs.
Healthy Snacks that keeps that grumble happy:
- Cereal
- Cheese
- dried fruits
- fruits
- oatmeal
- snack bars
- yogurt
- crackers
- veggies
- gum(Extra Dessert Delights)
- nuts
- pretzels
- popcorn
That's so true; sometimes you can hear my stomach at scool. I like some of the healthy snacks listed.
