Many people dont think twice when it comes to healthy eating. They hear constanly that fruits and vegetables are good for them but never eat them, but the benifits are huge. Fruits and vegetables are healthy; not only are they have low in fat but also high in fiber. They help strengthen your imune system and help protect against disease.
